How does the Accountability System work? 

Accountability for more growth, motivation, and support.  

Option 1 – Find an accountability buddy in our exclusive online community – The Somatic Inner Circle (SIC):

What do you need to do?

1. Join the Somatic Inner Circle Community.
2. After you join, you will be invited to the EF Challenge secret group, click on the featured post with the title: “We are here for you! Accountability-Study-Buddy Program “ and follow the instructions there.

Option 2 – Find an accountability buddy in your community:

What do you need to do?

If for whatever reason finding and an accountability buddy in the Somatic Inner Circle Community is not what you are looking for. You can do the following:

1. Find either a family member, a colleague, or a friend, and tell them about the challenge you are doing.
2. Check-in with your study-buddy daily and make sure they hold you accountable to what you said you will do.
