Why are food groups important?

Ayurvedic Diet is a combination of everything. The Mind, the Body and what you feel every day, as well as a better understanding of your regular Ayurvedic Imbalances, or the ones that you have a bigger tendency to suffer, can help you learn about the best diet for you.
Start where you are. Start with little bits, remember the video at the beginning that talked about “Developing Good Habits”, little by little you can change everything.
There is one thing that is GOOD to KNOW. Do not try to change everything at once. Go slowly and you will see a very fast change. The body is an ultimate organism that has incredible intelligence for survival, rejuvenation, recovery, and self-healing.
Every little change that you incorporate into your diet, practices, and life will for sure reflect in the wholeness of your existence. Keep up the great work, you are amazing.
