- Download and complete the Somatic Intelligence self-assessment and download the 7-Day plan before starting your first lesson. These tools will help you develop a long lasting habit.
- Recommended: doing the lessons with tight sporty clothes and flat shoes, so you can easily see your body movements in the mirror.
- Recommended: using a desktop or laptop screen (not a mobile phone) so you can see the finer details and facial expressions.
- It’s important to answer the questions in each lesson before you get started. It will help you get a sense of what your starting point is and what you have accomplished as a result of doing the program.
