It’s your birthright to feel like a goodess

To embody our feminine energy our foundation has to be solid and resilient, and we need to heal the traumas that hold us back from expressing our divine feminine energy.

If we try to embody our femininity from a place of trauma, the embodiment will not stick. At the root of our embodied femininity are vulnerability and softness. They are hard to express when our body is filled with pain, grief, numbness etc.

For this reason, we started by exploring what is holding us back and what it means to release it from our bodies. Now, it’s time to surrender to pleasurable energy – our divine feminine energy.

I invite you to challenge yourself with these next two somatic practices of embodied femininity.

As you do the somatic practices try to let go of the stories in your head, try to feel and receive the transmission through the body (not the mind), feel it, and let it take over your body as much as you can.

Children learn by feeling life, when they start to copy adults they do not speak at first and have no other way of communicating other than through feelings and sensations. We all possess this ability from birth. Yet, over time we tend to disconnect from our bodies and get stuck in our minds.

So this challenge is about giving yourself the permission to feel, and paying attention to what you can and cannot currently do – your starting point.

If you cannot surrender and receive the transmission, just pay attention to what happens in your body while you try, and do not judge it. There is a good reason why your body cannot. This information is extremely important for healing your trauma.

If you can, indulge and let your body go all the way, and pay attention to what happens when you do.

Have fun with it!
