About Chen Lizra
Chen Lizra is the founder of the Power of Somatic Intelligence and the Somatic Intelligence Wisdom Academy, which she started as a quest to find her true self. After years of struggling with suicidal thoughts, and overcoming a childhood trauma resulting from her mom’s mental illness, she set out on a journey to find the solution to healing trauma somatically. Over 25 years, she developed a one-of-a-kind somatic method with groundbreaking results that are literally transforming her clients’ lives every day.

What Is Somatic Intelligence?
With more than 25 years of experience, Chen has developed a one-of-a-kind somatic method that’s shown to have groundbreaking results in transforming her clients’ lives every day — drawing on her own recovery from childhood trauma.

We use two main methods to transform the imprints of trauma and heal them:
Witnessing
Witnessing is when you allow another to feel deeply into you through what we call – the felt experience. Connecting one nervous system to the other allows your feelings and sensations to be met, with deep compassion and without judgment. It’s like intertwining heartbeats.
It’s a powerful process that helps you soothe, trust, and calm your nervous system so you feel safe to surrender while allowing feelings to emerge to the surface so they can be fully felt, named, claimed, processed, and released.
Embodiment
Embodiment is the practice of changing how you carry yourself through somatic movements where every move, every sway is infused with the five radiant elements of Somatic Intelligence: the grace of elegance, the purpose of intention, the rhythm of enjoyment of tempo, the softness of the sabrosura (your divine energy), and the allure of mystery.
When these elements are balanced and working together, you can enter the kind of flow state where magic happens. It’s your true authentic nature embodied. Working with embodiment triggers your body to bring to the surface what needs healing, so it can be met and witnessed.

Learn How to Listen to the Wisdom of Your Body for Healing Trauma
- Discover what witnessing is and how it can help you heal trauma from your body through a powerful felt experience.

Reveal What’s Blocking You & How You Can Release the Trauma
- Experience a somatic practice that, when done regularly, can help you develop emotional resilience, grounding, and trust in life.
- Identify one area in your life in which you’re not getting the results you wish for, and connect it to the past hurt or trauma that’s held in your body and needs healing.
- Learn how to activate the wisdom in your body and, in just a few minutes, calm down your nervous system from overwhelm and stress.
- Gain a deeper understanding of the way your body communicates with you and how you can use this wisdom to heal from trauma.
PRACTICE: A humming somatic practice to calm down the nervous system and ground you to help develop a deeper trust in life.

Open Yourself to the Powerful Felt Experience for Deep Trauma Healing
- Experience a powerful demonstration with a participant illustrating how the felt experience can help you move through difficult emotions that you want to release.
- Practice “listening with your body” and aligning yourself with another person’s inner process.
- Develop a deeper understanding of how trauma is healed from the body through a felt experience.

Landing Back into Your Body and Feelings for Greater Processing

In this live 10-week course, we’ll engage in powerful witnessing sessions combined with the embodiment work of the 5 somatic elements of Somatic Intelligence so you get feedback in real-time. Plus, you can ask questions to understand if you are doing it right or not.

A: Somatic Intelligence Wisdom Academy is a place for Female High Achievers who get that doing the deep, uncomfortable work of healing themselves first is what allows them to reach higher, play bigger, connect deeper, and have a greater impact. It consists of pre-recorded programs in the areas of embodiment, emotional resilience, self-love, self-confidence, breathwork, and sacred sex. There are monthly Ask Chen calls and a private Somatic Inner Circle community, as well as one exclusive monthly live online gathering. You can choose your own path and engagement to fit your schedule. All trainings are pre-recorded and available at your own pace.
Healing through Somatic Intelligence is a 10-week LIVE video program to heal trauma through the body with Somatic Intelligence and explore your capacity to dramatically transform how you experience life and relate to the rest of the world. The live component offers the felt experience needed by many to heal trauma, as well as the structure and system needed to move through the process with attuned guidance, timely support, and authentic feedback.
A: Witnessing online is possible because we can feel others when they are in front of us, whether in person or via Zoom. The felt experience works the same either way—we are being felt by another. It’s a fear that many people have which is more of a mindset limitation than a real issue. We’ve worked with hundreds of participants in online witnessing sessions and witnessing online proves to be just as powerful as if someone is sitting directly in front of you.
A: Absolutely! You can stream the replays of all program sessions, so you never need to worry about missing live calls. You can also engage with the full community and participants in our private group inside our exclusive online community for members only.
