I am honoured to call him my friend because he is a kind, loving, wise, and spiritual person that I absolutely adore. I met him while teaching at Rythmia as a thought leader and we immediately clicked on a soul level. 

I asked him to record this beautiful spiritual prayer for you because I felt that this is what you will need after the Somatic Imprint exercises to soothe your body and soul. He is the one I turn to when I need a prayer of protection of some sort.

Most of you will be faced with a lot of new somatic information surfacing from the two Somatic Imprint practices. This information is stored in your body. You might find it challenging to be with the feelings that arise. This powerful prayer will connect you back to your divine higher self, in a soft and supportive way, full of sabrosura, and will help you get back into flow, no matter what emotions arise, or their intensity.
