Inner Work

Inner work means OBSERVATION.  Observing life in reality as it is.  The most important thing to do this is to not be thinking.  To observe what is happening.  Excessive thinking should be treated just as thinking happening while you are the awareness upon that is happening.

Inner work is just allowing it all to flow in front of you, within your awareness.

Observation arises also from silence and stillness.

Inner Work could also be considered as the way you walk your life, in a constant Presence, this is another way of Praying, that which is desired deep within, manifest it with action and purpose.

Practice PRESENCE with the following additional excellent Spiritual Practices:

  • Sense perception: this means to remain observant of what your senses transmit. smells, sounds, visions, feelings, etc, without naming them.
  • Avoid Judgement as much as possible.
  • Practice gratefulness as much as possible.
  • Breath.
  • Thinking disconnects you from your source.  This is it!!!  we do not have to think all the time.  Avoid becoming the thought and the story.

Many blessings,
