| Elegance | A person who scores high on “Elegance” is someone who believes in integrity, honesty, and loyalty, respects others, and lives by a high standard of ethics. At the same time has stillness inside – the possession of oneself, and possesses self-confidence and self-worth. This person does not value betrayal, lying, or broken promises, and can meet challenging people with composure. |  |
| Intention | If you are a person of “Intention” then, People! Get out of the way! You are driven, focused, have strong willpower, commitment, and drive. Your perseverance is strong and you don’t give up easily. On top of this, there is nothing that can annoy you more than fluffy people, weak commitments, and someone who has a big gap between what they say and what they do. If you have high intention, you get things done and you commit to your long-term goals. |  |
| Tempo | For the person whose leading element is “Tempo” there is nothing that says fun more than being grateful, surrendering to pleasure, letting go of responsibilities and enjoying the moment, or doing meaningful work that brings joy. Positivity, optimism, motivation, and enthusiasm are key. This person does not like to sacrifice time to work harder, doesn’t like working excessive hours, and doesn’t like to live in a scarcity mentality. Hello abundance! |

| Sabrosura | A person whose strong element is “Sabrosura” (which is our mesmerizing sensuality) is a person of love, empathy, compassion, family, trust, belonging, and forgiveness. Open, approachable, soft, warm, can be vulnerable, and has self-love. There is nothing worse than broken trust, aggression, and rejection, for someone who scores high on the sabrosura. This person is a person of the heart. |  |
| Mystery | If your strong element is “Mystery” then you are all about seduction, charm, a good flirt, a little naughty, and a dose of playfulness. You can also show up as risk-taking, being adventurous, innovative, imaginative, highly adaptable to situations, and curious. There is nothing more annoying to someone who has high Mystery than boredom, sexual neglect, and raising your desire towards something and then being disappointed. Hello playfulness! |

- Where do you see your weaknesses with these somatic elements?
- Where do you need to focus more attention? (Hint: where you are the weakest)
- Is there a gap between how you feel about yourself and what your body can express? (For example, you are a very loving person but you find it hard to tap into your feminine divine energy. Both are the sabrosura)
- Do you see a link between the initial area where you feel limited and your somatic elements that need strengthening? (Hint: check the next PDF)
