Watch out the quality of the food that you eat on a regular basis. Make sure that it has prana (life force) in it. Junk food is considered food without any intelligence.
Very processed food is considered dead food or food with no life at all.
In Ayurveda the amount of Life Force or energy that the food carries is the most important aspect of it.
Leftovers have already lost most of the pranic force, so do not make it a strong habit to eat leftovers all the time.
Microwaves disarrange the cellular composition of food making it hard for the body to understand what is been eaten, creating in this case more Ama or Toxins in the body since it is not easy for the body to process it.
This awareness will start already creating a transformation in your gut health.
