Meditation for developing gratitude

Training our mindset to focus on gratitude is a very important part of executive resilience. We need to flex our minds to see gifts where we might feel difficulty and learn to appreciate what we already have and the richness of our lives.

I invite you to try this powerful meditation and to write down for yourself afterward what you experienced and noticed in your life.

We become aware and grateful for 3 gifts:

  • A gift of a person
  • A gift of a place
  • A personal quality or trait we have

Expressing gratitude to these 3 things makes us realize that we are loved, that have positive energy around us, and that we have a unique gift.
