Pranayama Explanation

Doing Pranayama on a regular basis can help you regulate and change your nervous system to a calmer state.

Regular pranayama practice will help in removing old traumas and deep-seated belief systems that otherwise could take a long time to process.

The other amazing benefit that one receives from regular practice of pranayama is an overall improvement in normal breathing.

Most humans breathe very shallowly, affecting the nervous system and the individual’s overall health.  When a person breathes deeper naturally and takes more advantage of the lung capacity it creates a change in consciousness, the person becomes more present.

During breathing, there is no thought happening.  Your breath is linked to the emotion, every emotion has a particular breath, so when we do breathing exercises (pranayama), we stabilize the emotions and the mind.

People do not recognize that every thought and every emotion has a particular pattern in the breath.  Your worries are linked to your breath.

If there is drama or lots of emotions in your life. Do pranayama and then meditate and then pray and you will see a radical change in your internal environment.  With pranayama, you can reverse the emotions and the overthinking mind.

Pranayama will refresh your mind and will also remove excess tiredness.  Bhastrika can be particularly good if you feel excessively tired.

Highly recommended to learn these three types of Pranayama, they will become very, very handy as you walk life.

Many blessings,
