Welcome to this powerful and deep program! In this program, you’ll learn through powerful somatic practices how to develop an unshakeable core and heal trauma impacting your performance. 

This program was inspired by what happened emotionally to humanity during the pandemic in 2020 when the whole world locked down, revealing the need for basic somatic skills – meaning skills that connect us to ourselves through the physical body –  that most people lost contact with and needed desperately. 

A tragic event can be an accident, losing a loved one ahead of their time, a world disaster, just to name a few. The important thing to know is that we need to develop coping skills ahead of anything challenging happening, so we can meet them with grace and understand how to move through them.

You will find in this program some of the top somatic practices I use with my executive clients to help them develop a solid and grounded core, learn to move through anxiety when times are shaky, and access what is needed to heal trauma through a powerful felt experience.
