In 2014 I watched Dr. Ivan Joseph‘s powerful TED Talk about The Skill of Self-Confidence [24 million views to date] and was blown away by his wisdom and insights. I reached out to him at the time and interviewed him for my blog. This was before Zoom and all the tech we have today. As of late, I dug out his old interview and it was so powerful that I decided to reach out to him to interview him again. 

Dr. Ivan Joseph – World-renowned leadership expert and speaker, best-selling author, award-winning performance coach, and ambidextrous ping-pong player. 🏓 He has spent his career leading cultural transformation, inspiring people to believe in themselves, creating cohesive teams, and unlocking the secret to surpassing expectations. He was named by Forbes as a Top Ten TED Talks about the Meaning of Life. 

He has a bachelor’s in Physical Education and Health, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration, and a Ph.D. in Sport Psychology. Ivan also contributes regularly to publications like University Affairs, The Huffington Post, and The Globe and Mail.

Dr. Ivan Joseph’s message is so powerful, beautiful, and relevant, that it needs to be heard. There is so much to learn from him about developing high self-confidence.
