Put yourself back in flow with the Sabrosura

The sabrosura is where the magic happens.

One of the unique somatic elements, that you don’t typically see anyone teaching, is the sabrosura – the feminine sensuality that both men and women possess and embody. 

The sabrosura holds qualities such as caring, compassion, nurturing, friendship, family, community, openness, trust, self-love, vulnerability, and warmth.

The sabrosura connects us to others through bonding, empathy, generosity, and feelings of love. Full power with no warmth or softness can come across as aggressive. But when you add the sabrosura, something starts to flow, soften the heart and the hard edges. It makes you more approachable.

The Sabrosura is extremely important to our emotional resilience. 

It’s an important part of our emotional resilience because it softens the tension, relaxes the fears, and gets us back into a flow. The sabrosura is extremely important for diffusing conflict. When you are able to master it, you can enter an explosive situation and take the air out of the balloon, leading back to a place of caring and love.

If everybody had tons of magical sabrosura, everything would feel a lot like bliss in many ways. Tapping into the sabrosura is a journey of learning to love what we have, without trying to fix anything. With it, life becomes a beautiful flow and we’re better able to manage and increase our happiness level.

The 5 somatic elements balance us and help us to lead from the heart and body, not just from the mind. From the completion and totality of our being.

4 Things we can all do to embody more of the sabrosura:

1.  Caress More  – Caressing helps both men and women to feel the Sabrosura inside them. Even if you live alone you can practice this by caressing your own leg or arm, which will relax the tension in your muscles and bring back softness to your body and spirit.

2. Lead With Love – When we’re under pressure, tension can cause your leadership to easily slip into a more aggressive or pushy nature. Bring your energy back to a place of flow and softness by closing your eyes, imagining a time or place that fills your heart with love, and feeling for a bit that warm energy enveloping your whole body. Take your time. Then, as you get assertive, connect gently back to this warmth in your heart and let it soften it. It will make you a more powerful yet approachable change-maker, leading from love and not fear. 

3. Love Yourself In Your Mistakes – We’re all human and we all make mistakes. Practicing self-compassion is one of the highest acts of self-love you can gift yourself. It allows us to better understand the insights our mistakes came to teach us.
